This is a great place to stay and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. At check-in there was a long queue but Soni still took the time to help me with my request. He was extremely patient and went out of his way to assist me.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. In all my years of staying at hotels, I have never witnessed an hotel employee as great as Daniel. Over the three days, I observed that he went out of his way to help every guest with attentiveness, kindness, patience, and efficiency. Premier Inn is incredibly lucky to have him. I will definitely be staying here again.
"Wonderful welcome - great stay!"
A fantastic stay which kicked-off with a wonderful welcome from Daniel on reception who was beyond helpful, cheerful and friendly. The hotel feels more spacious in public areas compared to other hubs in London. The lounge area is kept clean and tidy with the free tea and coffee always appreciated. The hotel backs onto a railway and tube line but soundproofing is excellent … along with the usual comfy beds and super-speedy WiFi. Huge thanks to Daniel again for the great welcome!
