"5 star service from hotel staff"
Thank you to all the premier inn staff, reception, breakfast and housekeeping for making our stay so comfortable. From the moment we checked in we were given a friendly, courteous welcome and offered all the assistance we needed. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good variety of cooked and continental breakfast. The housekeeping staff were equally friendly and courteous. The room was spacious, air conditioned and quiet. Expectations exceeded!
"Horrendous stay"
Stayed for 1 night went from bad to worse. On arrival into reception it absolutely stunk was given a room on 2nd floor with walking disabilities no lower rooms available it has 2 lifts none working. But the best bit was a man sleeping on the floor in reception with on a sheet with a pillow and stayed there all night in full view of staff.
"Pleasant stay"
I stayed at the hotel with a friend for few days and my stay was really pleasant. One of the receptionist Sevie was quite helpful and polite to me when me and my friend needed help to get a cab. She also recommended nice restaurants and amenities in London as it was our first visit. The hotel room was nice and clean, staff was respectful but Sevie did the best service to us, friendly and smiling lady!

Iva had a wonderful experience at this hotel on Sunday. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us—nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks to Sevi, who was an absolute star. Thank you for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable!

Hotel description

Town or country - why not have both, with a stay at Premier Inn Hotel Enfield? You'll be based in a lovely tranquil location, but you'll also have easy transport links to London for all the sights and sounds of the big city. Swing through the trees at Go Ape in Trent Park. Or sing from the terraces watching Spurs. Take the train into London for the shops and sights of the West End, or take a white-knuckle ride at Lee Valley White Water Centre. Then take five back at the hotel with some lovely tasty food at our Table Table restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
