"Super"
Fantastic weekend in Tower Bridge Premier Inn. Room was clean and as you expect, but what really stood up was a team, everyone we interact was polite and curteous. Thank you
"Terrible"
Automatic check in wouldn't work. QR code did nothing. Could find my booking either by the booking number or my address but got the attached error when then trying to check in. After pressing the help button in reception, I waited nearly 20 minutes, no one came. So I had to go to the restaurant and ask some one for help. The room was very tired. Grouting coming away in the bathroom and dirty. Toilet seat had dark brown splashes on it like it hadn't been cleaned. Bottom of bath/shower also dirty and covered in dark long hair. Turned the air con on at 11.30pm, woke up at 4.30 over heating because the air con had turned itself off?! Frankly I couldn't wait to check out.
"A lovely weekend in London"
Have just spent the weekend with you at London Bridge . Everything perfect thank you Well looked after A boat trip And 3 nights with you , a gift from a family member Very nice
"5/5"
Hotel clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful, Jan made our night in the restaurant enjoyable, through funny banter with all the family, she couldn’t do enough for us, and always had a smile and nothing was too much for her
"Bad experience!"
Firstly, the room itself was in poor condition — it was not properly cleaned or maintained. Most concerningly, the shower was completely unusable. When switched on, water sprayed out of the pipes all over the bathroom, directly next to an exposed ceiling spotlight. This presented a serious electrical safety risk. We reported this problem to the front desk and requested to be moved to another room on two separate occasions. On both occasions, our request was refused, and we were told no room change was possible. In addition, the room we were allocated was on the first floor facing a busy road. The window could not be closed because the lever was broken, which meant constant traffic noise throughout the night. This made it very difficult for my children and I to sleep. What was meant to be a special weekend away for my son’s birthday was instead extremely stressful and upsetting. I feel the room provided was not suitable for guests, let alone for a family with small children.
